Installation
Installation is fast and simple. Just peel the backing from the mounting bracket and stick it onto your bike or elliptical trainer.
That's it! The Bike Pod magnetically attaches to the mounting bracket for quick-and-easy installation and removal.
Stationary Bikes
| Installing onto a bike is simple and only takes seconds.
Just peel the backing from the mounting bracket and stick it onto the inside of the LEFT pedal arm.
The Bike Pod magnetically clips onto the mounting bracket as shown in the picture to the left. |

Stationary Bikes without Pedal Arms
| If your stationary bike doesn't have pedal arms, you can install the mounting bracket on a flat part of the bike which rotates in a circle when you pedal. |

Elliptical Trainers
| If possible, mount the Bike Pod onto a part of the bike that rotates in a circle.
If no rotating component is accessible then mount it onto one of the arm bars (Alternate Location) as shown in the picture to the right.

Treadmills
No installation is needed for a treadmill. The Steering Pod detects your walking speed.
The Steering Pod
| The Steering Pod magnetically attaches the hat clip. The hat clip slides onto the provided baseball cap.
